Our story
Why filtration, pressure control, and appropriate lubrication form the foundation of dependable pneumatic operation.

Clean, stable air is at the heart of every IVOMATION product.
Filters, regulators, and lubricators each support a different part of the same goal: helping compressed air reach equipment in a cleaner, more controlled state.
Compressed air can carry condensed water, dust, rust, and pipe contamination. Filters help separate moisture and particles before they reach downstream valves, tools, and cylinders.
Effective filtration creates a cleaner starting point for the rest of the pneumatic system and makes routine drainage and element maintenance easier to manage.
Compressor pressure is often higher and less stable than the pressure required at the machine. Regulators reduce outlet pressure and help keep it consistent as operating conditions change.
Stable pressure supports repeatable cylinder movement, tool performance, and machine cycle times.
Lubricators introduce a measured oil mist where downstream equipment requires lubrication. They should be selected according to the component manufacturer’s requirements rather than added automatically.
Many modern pneumatic components are designed for non-lubricated operation, so the correct air-preparation arrangement depends on the application.
